來自環保的壓力，紡織染整成本上揚

   在亞洲特別是中國大陸，生產的原材料和化學半成品的生產過程中，對環境的控制日趨嚴格，是導致紡織染料價格上漲的原因。

    紡織染助劑廠商 Archroma 指出，來自成本的壓力，迫使其廣泛的提高紡織產業用的染助劑價格。

    漲價的主要驅動力來自於對環境控制的成本提高，從而導致生產染料所使用的化學品短缺和價格大幅上漲。

    最受影響的化學半成品的例子，像是H酸，溴氨酸和蒽醌衍生物(anthraquinone derivatives)。

事實上，大多數染料類型已經被當前原材料市場情況所影響，包括那些廣泛用於紡織製造的纖維素纖維、合成纖維所用的活性及直接性染料，以及用於羊毛纖維的分散，酸性和金屬絡合染料。

    Archroma 全球紡織染料市場主管Alan Cunningham 表示： “我們面臨一波又一波的關鍵原物料與染劑化學半成品的漲價壓力。與主要原材料與染料半成品供應商的最新討論結果，對於成本的提高，我們無可奈何地必須對大範圍的產品進行價格調漲。”

    這些價格的調漲，在世界各地將依照合約立即生效。

一般而言, 染整製程是紡織工業中賦予產品特殊性能、提升產品品質與附加價質的重要環節,然而也是最具污染性的一環。除了消耗大量的用水與化學品, 還會排放化學需氧量(COD)極高的污染廢水以及大量的溫室效應氣體二氧化碳。原液染色尼隆(錦倫)纖維符合產品生產流程之”環境化設計”概念。  織布後免染色, 降低染整製程中的用水、能源、廢水與減少廢氣排放約70-82%。

Among the whole production process of textile industry, the dyeing sector usually plays an important role in creation special effect for and adding value to products, but is also recognized as the most environmentally unfriendly part due to the huge consumption of water and chemicals. The production process of solution dyed nylon yarn is in line with the concept of “design for environment”.  There is no need to go through any dyeing process once the weaving is done, which can therefore cut down water and energy consumption as well as effluents and waste gas generation by 70~82%.
